Ideas

Where a day can take you.

  • Glendalough and the Wicklow Mountains

The monastic site, the two lakes and the mountain roads south of Dublin, with Powerscourt on the way.

  • Newgrange and the Boyne Valley

The passage tombs of Brú na Bóinne and the Hill of Tara, less than an hour north of the city.

  • Kilkenny

The medieval city and its castle, with Mount Juliet close by, about an hour and a half away.

  • The Cliffs of Moher

A long day west to the Atlantic coast, through the Burren and along Galway Bay.

  • The Giant's Causeway

A long day north to the Causeway Coast, with Belfast or Dunluce Castle on the way.

  • Your own plan

Family roots, a distillery, a day at the races or a round of golf. Tell us the idea and we plan the day around it.

Included

Your day, your pace.

  • Collected from your hotel

From any hotel in Dublin, or from the arrivals hall on the day you land, and back the same evening.

  • Stay as long as you like

The chauffeur waits at every stop, so the day runs to your timetable rather than a coach's.

  • A fixed price

The whole day quoted in full before you book.

Questions

Day tour questions.

How long is a day tour?

As long as you need. Most are booked for a full day; nearer places such as Glendalough or Newgrange also suit half a day.

Can we change the plan on the day?

Yes. Tell the chauffeur where you would like to go next.

Can you combine a tour with an airport or cruise transfer?

Yes. We can collect you at the airport or Dublin Port, spend the day touring with your luggage in the car, and finish at your hotel.
